There are six sets of these. They include a diaper onesie, blanket, hat and booties for a preemie.
I think I was pretty cleaver with these. I bought these receiving blankets, three in a set for $3.00 and you notice that there was always one solid and two printed. I took the solids and made the onesie's......these are like the diaper shirts but are full onesie's. The hospital like these because they open all the way up and you don't have to worry about the tubes and ets.
