My late Uncle apparently got a girlfriend pregnant and never knew it. The girls parents whisked her off to another town and she had the baby. Well, that baby has now contacted me along with her daughters. I will be meeting her a week from Fri. What do you say? I feel so bad for her and for my Uncle, they both got cheated. When this first took place I became very offensive, I guess I was afraid they were trying to steal some kind of identity or something. Now, I see they aren't and just trying to make some kind of contact with that unknown side of the family.

I think you are very kind to meet with them. I would have to be put in that kind of situation before I could honestly answer if I would or could.
I guess I would only because my SIL who is adopted looked and found her birth mother and she(the mother) did not wish to have anything to do with her child.
